Peak Health Centre is a registered provider for the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We provide services under the Improved Health and Well-being section for those with a permanent disability, where that disability impacts on the ability to perform daily activities.

Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with other members of you care team to ensure that your exercise plan is in-line with your goals and current needs.

All services provided by our Exercise Physiologist can be accessed through funding as a part of your Participant Plan under the Support Category of Improved Health and Well-being. Note that plan amendments can be made to redirect funds into this category if not already available.
