Group Exercise classes are FREE and fully funded by the Medicare scheme.
Ask your Doctor to fill in the Referral form for Group Allied Health Services under Medicare for patients with type 2 diabetes for Exercise Physiology.
These classes have been running for the past few years and we have had great success in educating and helping clients with their diabetes levels and losing weight. They are run in our Private Clinic with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Its a great way to get active in a safe and guided environment.
